There are many excellent acting classes and workshops in Vancouver. I've either done them, or I'm associated with them, or I know information about them.
 
If you are ever unsure whether the person or institution offering classes is appropriate for you, your best choice always is to audit first.

This is a very competitive industry on all levels, including acting classes. Before you hand over your hard earned money, be sure you feel right about the person, people and environment that you are considering acting training with.

THE PERFORMER'S MASTERY

I co-facilitate the Performer's Mastery with Linda Darlow.  The Mastery workshop has been in existence since 1976.  The work of the Mastery is getting actors and performers past those blocks that stop their creative processes through the use of acting exercises and a powerful group dynamic.  Our next scheduled Mastery workshop is July 13, 14, 15 2012.

ENROLLMENT UPDATE as of April 1, 2012:  October 2006 Mastery Grad Danielle Benzon has come on board to support me in the enrollment process, and has been given the responsibility to make contact and follow up with past interested parties.

Improve your auditioning skills! Learn a technique that will make you more comfortable and confident, as well as improve your chances for success. Linda and I will cover: slating, SOC, one liner, spokesperson, double improv and double dialogue for on-camera commercial auditions. All material will be provided and all work will be on camera.
